About Barrel Stock Photos

For those who hate paying for photos or attributing proper credit, this is the site for you. We’ve put together a collection of high-quality photo images (mostly New York-focused for now) that are completely free for you to take and manipulate, stick on your website, claim as your own, or sell to an unsuspecting client. We love free but know that free things are often too good to be true. So we decided to make a site that might come as a pleasant surprise to some people.

All of these photos were taken by Kevin Hong (Barrel Intern Summer 2009) using a Canon Rebel XS. You don’t have to credit him, but feel free to send him a thank you or contact him for a freelance gig.
